We are thrilled to announce that submissions are now open for the third year of "Kissed by the Sun," our acclaimed traveling art exhibition that celebrates the creativity and talent of black artists. This is your chance to have your work seen by thousands as part of an inspiring journey through some of the region's most notable festivals and events.
Why Participate?
"Kissed by the Sun" offers an incredible platform for artists to gain exposure and connect with diverse audiences without the cost of a vending space. Last year, the exhibition was featured at a variety of prominent events, including the Juneteenth celebration, Night Circus, FSU Homecoming, and more, reaching an audience of over 100,000 people.
Submission Details:
Entry Fee: $50 per submission (nonrefundable), covering the cost of printing your art on our 7ft by 3ft tension banners.
Deadline: January 17th, 2025
Accepted Art Forms: Digital art, photography, poetry, and prose are all welcome. High-resolution PNG files are preferred, and iPhones can capture suitable quality images if professional equipment is unavailable.
