Each rental includes the exhibit structure, printed banners, necessary hardware for assembly, and return packaging materials. You’ll also receive setup instructions to guide you step-by-step through installation and repacking.

The exhibits are designed for quick assembly and can typically be set up by 1–2 people without special tools. Most installations take approximately 15–30 minutes per stand depending on experience and environment. A visual setup guide is included with every rental.

Yes. Outdoor use is permitted, but renters are responsible for securing the structure appropriately for wind and weather conditions. We recommend using weighted bases or anchoring methods suitable for your venue and environment.

Weather-related damage during outdoor use is the responsibility of the renter. We strongly recommend monitoring conditions and ensuring the installation is properly secured throughout your event.

All items are carefully inspected and packed before shipping. If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours and include photos. We will prioritize replacement parts or provide a solution to support your event.

If a shipment is rendered unusable due to transit damage, refunds may be issued upon review and approval.

Renters are responsible for returning all exhibit materials in the condition they were received. If damage occurs, repair costs or replacement fees will be assessed based on severity. We always aim to distinguish between repairable wear and full replacement needs.

We recommend scheduling delivery at least two days before your event to account for shipping delays. BAF is not responsible for carrier delays once items have shipped.

Local pickup may be available upon request for time-sensitive events.

We offer a 24-hour grace period for shipping delays when tracking information is provided. After that, a $20 daily late fee per stand applies.

If items are not returned within 14 days of the agreed return date, a replacement fee will be charged.

The exhibit structures and printed materials may not be altered, painted, cut, or permanently modified. Temporary, non-damaging additions may be approved in advance on a case-by-case basis.

Renters are responsible for any loss or theft of exhibit materials during the rental period. Replacement fees will apply for missing items.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 business days before your rental date to be eligible for a refund or credit. Full details will be outlined in your rental agreement.
