Volunteer Positions:
Event Support
Help keep the event clean, welcoming, and running smoothly. Keep tables and shared spaces neat. Set up and refresh food and drink areas. Refill cups, napkins, and other supplies. Check bathrooms and let the team know if something needs attention. Help guests and team members as needed.
Guest Welcome
Be one of the first friendly faces guests meet. Greet guests at the main entrance, check in registered guests, share event information, and hand out pamphlets. Help guests find their way around the space and keep the entrance clear.
